The Robertson Wine Valley is proud to host it's third Hands-on Harvest festival. This boutique event will take place 24-26 February 2012 and offers wine aficionados and budding vintners a chance to experience the magic of harvest for a day – without having to quit their day jobs!

Apart from the smell of fermenting grapes, the aroma of freshly baked mosbolle is one of the most seductive aromas found in the winelands during harvest time. These buns, made from fermenting grape must, are a traditional South African culinary gem only found during the months the grapes are harvested and young wine is fermented.
