Simonsig Cap Classique Master Class celebration

Simonsig, pioneer of the first Méthode Cap Classique in South Africa, will lend extra sparkle to the 2011 Stellenbosch Wine Week and Stellenbosch Wine Festival with our 40th anniversary celebrations of their iconic Kaapse Vonkel this year. An exclusive Cap Classique encounter on the 22nd of July will include an intimate vertical tasting of Kaapse Vonkel and the comparison to its base wines as well as a delicious two-course dinner at the estate’s Van Niekerk Room.
