Both the nose and palate contain fresh crisp apple, nectarine and peachy fruit salad. There's a pineapple tang and creamy texture in the mouth. The balance between fruit and lively acidity is well maintained with a rich, tropical fruit aftertaste.

Terra Del Capo Pinot Grigio is an elegant white wine that shows a good white fruit, lemon, crisp appearance that follows through onto a palatable smooth mouth feel with a balance of acidity. Uncomplicated; 08 green apple with hints of spice, light & easy. (Platter 2009) One of Italy’s most widely planted white cultivars. This is an uncomplicated wine with a fruity aroma and hints of spice. Light and easy to drink with a refreshing aftertaste. Granny smith peel, white pear and slight tropical notes. These follow through on the palate delivering a smooth, fresh mouth-feel with a well balanced acidity. Easy-drinking 2010 subtle anise & nut whiffs, pithy texture but less flavour than pvs. WO W Cape. (Platter 2011)
