Produced solely from grapes grown on Cabrière in the Franschhoek valley. The distinguished dry elegance reflects the characteristics of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown on this very demarcated terroir. Brut-styled MCC 60/40 chard/pinot, 60 mths on lees for richness. Current bottling shows pale gold, creamy mousse, satisfying honeyed apple, biscuity aromas/flavours. Mouthfilling complexity.
