Pierre Jourdan Brut Sauvage 2008

Pierre Jourdan Brut Sauvage is oyster dry. The bouquet is unusually yeasty and the characteristics of the cuvée are confirmed in the name Sauvage. The finest of bubbles enliven this wine.

Classic Brut blend without dosage, oyster dry. Pale biscuit colour, unusually yeasty bouquet and the finest bubbles.

(Chardonnay / Pinot Noir) Methode Cap Classique. An absolutely uncompromising, unforgiving, sexy, dry example of this traditional blend. Enjoy the crispness of cold “ocean spray”!

(Chardonnay / Pinot Noir) Methode Cap Classique. These bubbles are bone dry, Sauvage by name, savage by nature. Crisp, clean and dripping with minerality. The farm suggests “highly seductive”, hmmm, we'll leave it for you to try. Same blend as Brut but only 1g/l RS for discerning palates & waspish waists. Bone-dry without sacrificing any flavour. Crisp, zesty & as refreshing as a dip in the ocean. (Platter 2009)

There is zero residual sugar which yields an absolutely & uncompromisingly dry and sexy MCC.
