De Wetshof Rhine Riesling 2009

A dry, yet delicate wine, complex on the nose and palate with a spicy, deep fruity flavour.

Light, delicate and refined; a well-balanced dry wine full of floral summer-garden aromas laced with the smooth “oiliness” of the Riesling grape. Orange blossom scented 07 pvs ed showed steeliness & green-apple flavours, bone-dry, pithy grapefruit finish despite 5 g/l sugar. (Platter 2009)
