Delaire Shiraz 2010
A Shiraz with rich perfumed red berries, vanilla and subtle white pepper aroma. Barrel matured for 14 months in small 225 litre barrels, the 15% American oak contributes to the lovely vanilla and savoury finish. Dark red fruit and spicy oak dominates this soft and elegant wine.
