A Syrah consisting of only the best, hand picked fruit and details some of the finest expression from the Ernie Els property. Considered as a niche wine within the portfolio, only a very limited volume is produced each year. Blended with 5% Viognier for an extra flavour dimension, the wine exhibits true Stellenbosch Syrah characteristics.
