Ernie Els SA Rugby Sauvignon Blanc 2011

This delightful Sauvignon Blanc reveals flavours typical of grapes harvested from the cooler climates of the Cape. The crisp acidity refreshes the palate and the tropical fruit spectrum is abundant, with a more secondary role played by the grassy, herbal characters common with this grape variety. The wine is a marvellous accompaniment to salads, fresh sushi and seafood dishes and selected white meats.
