- A fantastic expression of this noble grape variety, revealing flavours from the cooler fruit spectrum rather than grassy, herbal characters. Classic nuances of gun flint add to the gooseberry and the melon profile, all wrapped around a limey, mineral core. The linear entry and crisp acidity widens to a textured, tropical and long finish. Lipsmackingly delicious now, with the structure to develop further for a few years.
