This wine shows full, complex, ripe fruit with a crisp, dry finish. Tropical fruit on the nose, with structure, wafts of hay on the nose with excellent tart fresh sherbet mouthfeel and exceptional long tropical pineapple, melon finish, typical of the long hang time in our cool region. Peppers, nettles, green fruit and limes. A well-rounded Sauvignon Blanc that carries enough fleshiness to complement a meal. 08 lively melange dusty, mineral & tropical flavours from low-crop vines. Rich, leesy (8 mths sur lie) but finishes crisp. (Platter 2009) A fresh, zippy Sauvignon with fig and tropical fruit flavours, giving one a lively freshness on the palate.
