Leopard's Leap Shiraz 2010
Aromas of red berry fruit such as cherry and raspberry with soft hints of white pepper complemented by subtle undertones of blackberry and floral notes. Velvety with Rhône style elegance.

Medium-bodied, fruity. Spicy, floral, concentrated violet and blackpepper. Velvety Rhône style elegance. Shows the savoury side of shiraz: mocha choc, campfire smoke, dried herbs underpinning hedgerow fruit. (Platter 2009) This wine is full and spicy on the palate and more than holds its own against some top well known Shirazes. It takes a lot to beat this price!! Full & spicy & more than holds its own. Concentrated violet, blackpepper and spiciness. It's velvety elegance will be enhanced by a few more years in the bottle.
