Meinert Printer's Ink Pinotage 2007

Full-bodied and elegant yet it has richness on the mid-palate. We place the emphasis on fruit flavours by using gentle extraction methods, thereby also avoiding hard tannins. Enjoy with roast meats or casseroles, and surprisingly, when slightly chilled, with sushi. Ageing potential: up to 10 years.
