Christine Marie Cap Classique 2008Bright, pale gold with green reflections. Enthusiastic mousse. Incredibly fine bead giving sustained crown. Yeast, apples and pears on the nose with some underlying tropical tones. Refreshing burst of mousse releases an attractive array of flavours much like the nose suggested. Fairly tangy across the palate with good, fresh acidity. |

Christine Marie Chardonnay 2007Light, bright gold. Fascinating nose with honey, lemon, lees and some vanilla. Good oak backing. Rich and full in the mouth with all the flavours the nose promised with a firm acidity well balanced by fruity sweetness. Yet long, dry finish. Well made with lots of fruit, good oak and will develop further. |

Christine Marie Shiraz 2006Opaque to the rim with blue/black reflection. Nose loaded with dark berries, lots of vanilla with hints of anise, violets and some lavender. Big, rich full mouth loaded with everything the nose suggested and slow, well rounded flow across the palate. Velvet, with mellow tannins. Already very drinkable yet has great development potential over next six or more years. A lovely wine that will be great partner to rich winter stews and roasts |

Christine Marie Cabernet Sauvignon 2006Deep, ruby core with bright purple rim. Attention grabbing nose with loads of ripe mulberries, strawberries and with fine oak backing. Integrated oak lead into an elegant sweet berry flavours with supple tannins. Lovely, smooth flow across the palate touches of chocolate. Lovely, long finish with floral notes right at the close. Good drinking now and will develop over next six to eight years. |
