Bright pale straw colour. Fresh flowery nose with hints of green peppers and winter melon. Smooth silky mouthfeel with ripe apple and pear flavours lingering on the aftertaste. Refreshingly dry with soft fruit acid makes this a very easy drinking style of wine. 78% sauv shows in 08‘s dusty grassiness, hint waxy lemon from sem. Appealing light-textured combo.
