Delicate, enticing aromas on 07 blend sauv, chard, viog; lean, bone-dry finish, not yet ready to reveal underlying fruit. 6 mths oak adds dimension, though greater depth in 06 (**** stars).(Platter 2009) At last we have an affordable, white blend with luscious complexity to grace our tables. A rich blend of sauvignon blanc, barrel fermented chardonnay and viognier. More than stands up against any meal you order.
