Cape Point Vineyards

Cape Point Vineyards is the only wine estate to be positioned on the narrow Cape Peninsula where the confluence of sea breezes from the cold Atlantic Ocean, a mere 1.2 km from their south facing vines, and south-easterly breezes from False Bay create ideal conditions for the slow ripening of grapes required for the creation of premium wines.

The palate provides elements of fresh citrus and dried stonefruit, perfectly balanced by the refreshing acidity and elegant structure.

Cape Point Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc
A delightful reminder of freshly picked apricots, ripe pears, golden delicious apples and granadilla sorbet on the nose. The aroma continues to unveil limes and orange blossom with a hint of fynbos and dried herbs. These aromas follow through on the palate with a refreshingly bright acidity and a long lingering fruity finish. This wine will drink beautifully now, but the generosity of fruit will last for months to come after which it will continue to develop more tertiary aromas such as dried fruits.
