Ken Forrester The FMC
The absolute pinnacle of what Ken considers to be the finest expression of the grapes of this varietal – an icon Chenin blanc and a challenge to the world! Rich, generous and layered with dried apricot, melon, vanilla and honey characteristics that will gain additional complexity with cellaring.
Ken Forrester The Gypsy
The character is somewhat “wild” a little brambly with hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, dark spices, with vanilla scents and a distinct, concentrated red-fruit focus. Great for laying down and keeping for at least ten years but already rewarding if allowed to breathe in a decanter.
Ken Forrester T Noble Late Harvest
Chenin Blanc with Botrytis. We are blessed with botrytis most years and with multiple pickings, manage to maintain a perfect natural acid balance with the sweetness, creating a wine of exceptional finesse and balance. This rich, unctuous Chenin Blanc was harvested as late as May.
Ken Forrester Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
This wine shows lovely complexity with a mix of tangy grassy notes, fig leaf, and peach and nectarine nuances. Brisk acidity with minerality on the palate which is typical of the long hang time in our cool region.
Ken Forrester Old Vine Reserve Chenin Blanc
Golden hued and full bodied, with melon and spicy baked apple aromas. Layered, with mineral notes enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavours from lees contact. This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and delicate oak and vanilla flavours.
Ken Forrester Pat's Garden Merlot
Hand harvested in individual parcels and selected for quality to get the ripest possible, balanced Merlot from our very finest soils, influenced by the cool S/E wind during the ripening season.

Ken Forrester Dirty Little Secret
Ken took a trip back in time to make this thoroughly modern wine that will age beautifully for at least the next ten years. It's a tribute to the age and concentration of the special vines as well as to low - very low - interruptive winemaking. A natural wine in every sense finally bottled totally naturally with no cold stabilisation or fining yet still clear with a lime green rim. How did he do that you ask? Well it's unfiltered and unfined - just his Dirty Little Secret - naturally!
Ken Forrester Sparklehorse Chenin Blanc Cap Classique
Sparkling Chenin Blanc made in the Cap Classique or traditional bottle fermented method, matured for 18 months on lees to develop a creaminess and delicate mousse while still maintaining bright, fresh apple, pear and quince aromas. The reputation of Chenin Blanc as the Cape's 'work-horse variety' inspired the playful name for this original bubbly.
Ken Forrester Roussanne
A gorgeous, sensuous white wine with richness and texture without any hint of flab. Elegant, rich restrained, hints of lime blossom, soft on the palate with a gentle structure, this classic Rhone grape thrives in the Mediterranean climate.
Ken Forrester Three Halves
Mourvèdre (earthy) with a splash of Grenache (fruity) and a dash of Shiraz (spicy) was blended to create this incredible wine. The overriding requirement being that the blend of the “three halves” has to be greater than the sum of the parts.
