Cederberg Cabernet Sauvignon
Six generations ago, no one in the Nieuwoudt family would have guessed that this rugged, fynbos-covered area on the edge of the Succulent Karoo biome would one day become an award winning high-altitude wine farm in the Cape winelands. The Cederberg Cabernet Sauvignon comes from 3 high altitude vineyards blocks, allowing the grapes to have a longer ripening period that contributes to a restrained intensity in this characteristic wine.
