Klein Constantia Blanc de Blanc
Chardonnay grapes are selected from a single block, one of the oldest vineyards located on the lower slopes of Klein Constantia. Harvested early in the season, in numerous batches to ensure complexity in freshness, fruit and intensity. The wine was aged for 38 months before disgorging.

Klein Constantia Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Bright and light in appearance, aromas of citrus and stonefruit fill the nose. The palate is richly textured, fresh and complex with a bold minerality - a pure expression of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine concludes with a long crisp flinty finish.

Klein Constantia Metis Sauvignon Blanc
The name Metis refers to the collaboration between Klein Constantia and Pascal Jolivet of Sancerre and the latter's holistic, minimal approach to winemaking. This fusion of philosophies is reflected in the flower on the label, that is a hybrid of the South African Protea and French Iris. A Sauvignon Blanc that reflects a true expression of terrior, rather than technique. Fermentation was wild and the wine was left to mature on the lees for a period of 12 months.

Klein Constantia Estate Red Blend
The Bordeaux-style Estate Red Blend, is made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Each parcel is carefully identified and blocks are split into multiple portions in order to harvest at the perfect ripeness. The wine is aged for 15 months before blending and bottling.
